It’s Beautiful Now, But Think About Years From Now…

Recycling Paper and Saving Trees

Movies always are a great visual for understanding things.  So, I decided to search for videos on www.youtube.com.  I typed in environment and got many videos.  I scrolled down until one caught my eye.  So, I clicked play and watched the 3 minute and 10 second clip.  It showed beautiful pictures of nature that make our wonderful environment .  But just think, what would our plants and forests be like years from now.  It’s hard to imagine, but at the rate of which we’re going (destroying our environment due to wastes, loss of fossil fuels, and etc.) the brilliant greens that make up our forests would be gone.  I don’t mean gone like they’ll be back tomorrow, I mean gone forever.  The trees would be bare.  The sky high trees filled with branches upon branches of leaves, that we see today, would be brown, wilting bark.  They would be empty and no longer as beautiful.  Just think; would you really want to live in a world like that?  I know that I do not and never will.  Just thinking about seeing these beautiful flowers, grass, and trees all die and be bare, makes me sad.  I hope this really won’t happen.  So, think about the future and for example, recycle paper to save our magnificant trees resting in a forest full of green that soon will be brown and gone.

Good choice on the video! What a great way to remind us all of the beauty of nature and that we must be sure to protect it.
